Not Here for Fertility Support?
You’re still exactly where you need to be.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity shifts, grief, or just feeling stuck,
this is a space for honest healing and meaningful growth.
I offer Compassionate Inquiry and Positive Psychology-based support
for men, women, and individuals of all identities seeking depth, clarity, and change.
Working together will be about you.
But here’s a little of what brought me to this work.
I grew up in a small Flemish town, dreaming of New York City.
I made it happen…career success, city lights, reinvention.
But beneath the achievement lived old trauma, still pulling strings.
When life hit hard, a toxic relationship, 9/11, and the sudden loss of my younger sister, my coping patterns snapped into place.
Talk therapy became survival.
And over time, self-work became a way of life.
By 2015, I’d met my husband and was ready for a new chapter.
But infertility changed everything.
Amid that unraveling, I reached for more than just coping.
I needed clarity. Depth. Something that could hold all the complexity I was carrying.
That’s when I began training with Dr. Gabor Maté in Compassionate Inquiry®, a method that doesn’t just ask what’s wrong with you, but what happened to you.
Alongside that, I earned a diploma in Positive Psychology, exploring how values, meaning, and strengths could be tools for resilience, not bypassing.
Later, I completed a Master’s degree in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King’s College London, grounding my work in the science of how we think, feel, and heal.
And now, I’m in advanced training with Terry Real in Relational Life Therapy, a model that brings truth, boundaries, and connection back into relationships.
None of this was just education.
It was reclamation.
Each piece helped me meet myself more honestly—and gave me the language to help others do the same.
Now, WHAT is
COMPASSIONATE INQUIRY?
Developed by bestselling author and physician Dr. Gabor Maté, Compassionate Inquiry® helps you uncover the unconscious stories shaping how you feel, think, and respond.
In Gabor’s words:
“The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves… and guide them to the possibility of letting go of the hold those old stories have on them.”
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about gently meeting what’s driving you, so you can create space for something new.

What to expect in a session?
Compassionate Inquiry® isn’t about fixing, teaching, or analyzing.
It’s a space of deep presence where you don’t have to perform, explain, or prove anything.
As Sat Dharam, co-founder of CI, puts it:
“When therapist and client meet as equals… transformation becomes possible. It’s something beautiful, magical—and a privilege to witness.”
You’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Nothing more, and definitely nothing less.
And, what about Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology isn’t about blind optimism.
It’s about reconnecting with meaning, values, and what makes life feel truly worth living.
As Martin Seligman, founder of the Positive Psychology movement, puts it:
“It takes seriously the bright hope that… there is a road out.”
By exploring how you think, feel, and respond, you start to reshape your reality with intention and create a life rooted in fulfillment, not just function.
